Fantastic place to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Ayia Napa and relax by the pool.

I had a canny stay here! The pool was lovely and I really enjoyed the comfortable bed. The only downside was the noise from the nearby clubs, but it wasn’t too bad! a great place to rest and explore Ayia Napa.

The hotel is perfectly situated for family fun, with the beach just a short walk away. Our kids loved the spacious room with a sea view. The staff was welcoming, helping us settle in quickly after our journey—very appreciated with little ones in tow!

My kids wished the pool stayed open later for evening swims.

Great stay with friends! The location is ideal, just a quick walk to the bars and nightclubs, making it perfect for our group trip. Rooms were clean and comfy. The breakfast had so many choices. The staff was super friendly, always ready to help us with anything we needed.

Had some trouble with the room key card. It kept failing, which was a pain when I was tired and just wanted to get inside. It happened often enough to be annoying, especially after spending a long day out.

Numerous guests reported cleanliness issues regarding their rooms upon arrival, with maintenance problems like uncomfortable sunbeds and inadequate self-catering facilities being common complaints. Plus, several noted that the water quality in the pools needed improvement, with some guests experiencing inconsistent water temperatures during their showers. Difficulties with parking availability added to the hassle for those traveling by car, and the inadequate number of sunbeds made pool time frustrating for many. Lastly, WiFi access wasn’t reliable across the premises, hampering connectivity.

the property is super close to the beach and shops, loved the friendly staff who were always helpin us. the room was huge and comfy, and we got our towels changed every day. checkin at noon was a nice surprise too! enjoyed the early start to our vacay.

the food options could use a bit more variety and the wifi was kinda slow.

The Standard Room with Inland View was spacious and tidy. It had air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. The shower was great with free toiletries provided. I loved the kids' pool and the outdoor swimming pool, perfect for relaxing. Staff were really helpful with everything, making it a great stay!

I recently stayed at New Famagusta Hotel & Suites for one night and was blown away by the impressive service and fantastic breakfast. The warm welcome from the reception staff set a positive tone for my visit, and the dining area was beautifully arranged, offering both indoor and outdoor seating. It's a great spot to experience all that Ayia Napa has to offer!
